2. To connect all Catholic sites in the Philippines in a portal that also shows the structure and heirarchy of the local Church - clergy, religious and laity.
 
3. To provide affordable quality IT services to Catholic Church institutions - both WEBCARE (online services) and COMCARE (computer software/hardware services), and strongly advocate the computerization of all dioceses and parishes in the Philippines.
